Ventally Subscription & Payment Policy

Plans

Ventally offers three main subscription plans:

  • Pay-As-You-Go – Buy minutes when you need them.

  • Premium – 30 minutes per month, plus access to app tools and features.

  • Plus – 70 minutes per month, plus access to app tools and features.

  • Equity Plan – 30 minutes per month for students, seniors (60+), persons with disabilities, or low-income users.

Processing & Auto-Renewal

  • All subscriptions are billed through our secure payment processors (Stripe, Apple App Store, Google Play Store).

  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.

  • Renewal dates and charges are based on the date of your initial purchase.

Rollover

  • Premium, Plus, and Equity Plans include a 10-day rollover period for unused minutes.

  • Rollover minutes expire 10 days after the end of your billing cycle at 11:59 PM UTC.

  • Minutes are counted in full units—partial minutes are rounded up.

Upgrades & Downgrades

  • Plan upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the remaining billing cycle.

  • Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

  • No refunds are issued for downgrades mid-cycle.

Cancellations

  • Cancel anytime via your account settings or the platform where you purchased (App Store, Google Play, or Stripe).

  • To avoid renewal charges, cancellation requests must be submitted before 11:59 PM UTC on the day prior to your renewal date.

  • Deleting the Ventally app does not cancel your subsciption.

Refunds

  • All purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.

    • Fraudulent charges

    • Duplicate transactions

    • Failure of service delivery

      Refunds may be issued in the case of:

  • To request a refund, email info@ventally.co within 14 days of the charge.

Chargebacks & Failed Payments

  • Failed payments will be retried up to 3 times within 7 days.

  • Accounts with unauthorized chargebacks may be suspended.

Taxes & Currency

  • All prices are shown in USD and exclude taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • Local taxes (VAT, GST, etc.) will be calculated at checkout.

  • Currency conversion or bank fees may apply for international transactions.

Free Trials

  • Trials may be offered at our discretion.

  • At the end of the trial, your chosen plan will auto-renew unless canceled before the trial ends.

Price Changes

  • We may adjust subscription prices with at least 30 days’ notice via email or in-app notification.

Responsibility

  • You are responsible for keeping your payment details up to date.

  • Ventally is not responsible for overdraft fees, declined transactions, or delays caused by your payment provider.

Disputes & Governing Law

  • This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA.

  • Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Hartford County, CT, unless prohibited by law.

Privacy & Data

  • Payments are processed by Stripe, the Apple App Store, or Google Play.
